General agreement and licences
English Version. The English version of this Agreement will be the version used when interpreting or construing these terms. Modification Assignment. We have the right, in our sole discretion, to assign any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement. You have no right to assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement and any such attempt will be void. No Waiver. Our failure to enforce or exercise any of these terms is not a waiver of that section. Governing Law. Your relationship is with Cyberma s.r.o., a Czech company, governed by the law of the Czech Republic and European Union.
Licence L1 - Free. Non-commercial use
Free for non-commercial projects.
You can use image for:
- Personal websites not used for products sales or affiliate marketing (Adsense or banner ads are allowed)
- Personal blogs, youtube channels, social media profiles
- Websites supporting education not offering paid services or paid subscriptions
- Free forums not offering paid services or paid subscriptions
- Academical and scientific papers and documents
- Open-source software or web projects
- Include images within larger graphical projects such as logos, banners, slides
- Attribution is not required, but is highly appreciated. Any social media mention or a linked placed on your web.
Not allowed:
- Share images in full quality
- Sell or redistribute images
- Sell your own images that include more than 10% of any image (or a group of images) downloaded from this site
- Use images for 3rd party projects, e.g. your clients
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notice or watermarks
- Use images or artworks that violates any applicable law
- Use images in tabacco ads, pornography, adult content.
Licence L2 - Free. Commercial use
Commercial licence is available for all registered users.
You can use image for:
- Any commercial website such as corporate sites, online tools, blogs, forums, community sites with paid subscriptions
- Any printed material, if the number of copies does not exceed 100,000
- Commercial software or web projects
- Your client's projects, such as social media profiles, banners, advertising materials, printed materials, flyers, brochures
- Attribution is required in a form of Facebook/Twitter/Instagram post mentioning our web or YourWebGraphics.com name placed on your website.
Not allowed:
- You must not use the image in its full quality in the online environment, if any of the original image dimensions exceeds 2000 pixels.
- Sell or redistribute images
- Sell your own images that include more than 50% of any image (or a group of images) downloaded from this site.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notice or watermarks
- Use images or artworks that violates any applicable law
- Use images in tabacco ads, pornography, adult content.
The commercial licence is valid until your subscription ends. After the subscription is cancelled, you cannot use images commercially for new projects. Licence L1 will become of force.
Licence L3 - Paid. Commercial use
Commercial licence is available for each user signed for the paid subscription (monthly or yearly). Images with
L1 licence come with a free L3 licence under the subscription. Otherwise, L3 images require a payment from the credit, and
their price is indicated in the download section.
You can use image for:
- Any commercial website such as corporate sites, online tools, blogs, forums, community sites with paid subscriptions
- Any printed material, if the number of copies does not exceed 100,000.
- Commercial software or web projects
- Your client's projects, such as social media profiles, banners, advertising materials, printed materials, flyers, brochures
